Dual Boot My Macbook Pro

    Hey I was just wondering if i'd be able to dual boot mac os x and windows xp or vista or posssibley even 7 on my MacBook Po. I heard you can do it through Boot Camp, and I was wondering how much it would slow it down and what the requirements are. I can post the specs if needed. Suggestions?
