Dumb Question

    Ok, My old mouse broke, so I went to the store to get a new right. Witch is a "microsoft intellipoint comfort optical 3000" Installed the driver that came with it, but I can't figure out why I'm getting the icon in the task bar, witch means. If I program the side button to a key storke in a game I'm playing it don't work.


    My old mouse witch was a older verison intellipoint had the icon in the task bar and it worked fine. To make a long story short I guess. I need help getting the icon in the task bar lol. Thanks for the help
