Dumping Physical Memory to Disk, Error

Hi All,

I'm using Windows Server 2003, and getting one message for every time when i start my System i.e.

Begining dump of physical memeory to disk
dumping physical memory to disk : -

I'm not able to start my system even, it will show the starting of window server 2003 but after some time immediatly it will show above message, appears in blue shade in full screen,

I've tried for reconnecting ram, replacing sloat of ram, trying to restart in Safe mode, but all are fail, and still getting same problem.

some one can help me ?

check bad or failing ram with memtest 86+ run for 7 passes or more. boot from a cd or floppy.
