    Dvd Not Recongised

    i wanted to rip my dvd onto my laptop after i saw it at my friends house. When i put it in my drive windows says that there is no cd in the drive. i have tryed it on another compueter and the same thing happens. But the dvd works on my dvd player and it wont even play on my laptops dvd player. i have reseted my laptop several times and the same error keeps repeating.:(

    Your drive probably has compatibility issues with that + or - R disc. Some of them just do. Quite often Pioneer drives have problems with +R and +RW discs.
