  1. Guys, just reinstalled Win XP and it looks like i already have DX 9.0c installed according to CPUZ, but i don't know if its updated to the latest version. How do i find out which update for DX9 do i need? I updated Win XP, but i don't know if DX( updates were included in there. Can anyone help?

Download the latest version of DX9c and install over the top of your current version. It wouldn't hurt.

DX9c is the latest. DX10 is for Vista, am I right?

When you run the install program for DirectX, it let's you know if you already have the latest version.

So you think that would be a better option than installing the whole thing, huh? Ok, let me try that one first.

That's what I meant. I use the DX web setup program for my customers and it tells you if you already have the latest DirectX installed.
