Fell behind how ? We at least have working healthcare system. Last 12 months I had a tumor removal surgery, a few dozen of proton theraphy sessions, 8 months of PCV complimentary chemo, all in a city 100 miles away. All paid with my taxes, including accomodation in a hostel for all the complimentary treatments. If I had to rely on private insurance, I'd get next to nothing as they would probably dismiss it as genetic I was told by insurance rep. And I was still paid 80% of my salary the entire year.

I'm not a climate change denier, but there is this trend to use it politically to impose more taxes and restrictions to the common person.
