Good friend has a Point-of-Sale system which took a power hit yesterday and now the touch screen has lost its touch.
System is functional, boots just fine and can be used albeit now needing a mini-mouse.
No devices appear missing or malconfigured in the Device Mgr.
The Touch Tool however, no longer shows the Firmware Version nor the fact that it is USB attached (as the second system does).
I've concluded that the touch-screen hardware has failed - - your comments please?
