I am trying to install a OEM Radeon 4650. Do I just pop it in and install the drivers and leave the old graphic chipset alone? I dont want to screw it up! Hope someone can help!

It should work that way but if you have no intention of using the old onboard graphics again, you could uninstall the old graphics driver from Add and Remove Programs (if it's in there). If your BIOS allows it, you could also disable it. If you had another separate graphics card prior, then for sure uninstall the old driver.

don't put the new card in the graphics slot until onboard graphics is disabled and the previous drivers are uninstalled. just make sure to uninstall only the display driver and none of the chipset drivers for the motherboard. you can also run driver sweeper after normally uninstalling which will clean up any associated files. but, like mp said, first thing you want to do is go into Add/Remove programs and find the Display Driver if you haven't already.
