Emachine won't boot ? ?

    I have tried everything to get this sucker to boot! It all started when it was given to me! I put a new motherboard in it and everything seemed fine, well the other day I got it out because i had a extra monitor / keyboard and wanted to put it on my network. It won't boot, so i changed the power supply, erased the cmos, put a different hard drive in it? Put a different video card in it? I can't seem to get this thing up and running. As far as i know it comes on, the hard drive, cdrom, the motherboard fan, but will not boot?

    "Any Ideas" i would appreciate all the help i can get.
