Email being forwarded

  1. Otto Newcomer, in training

    My brother is a novice computer user , somehow all of his email is being forwarded to a freind of his , he is not getting any email at all , he is able to send.

    The last thing he remembers doing is forwarding an email to this guy , he told me what he did (opened email , selected forward & put his address in the cc: spot)

    We can't seem to get this problem fixed

    Any help would be appreciated

    What and where is his e-mail? i.e. online and hotmail or on computer and outlook.

    Please tell how he fixed the problem, for other uses that might get the same thing. It will just help as a reference for the future.
