email tracking with hotmail?

    is it possible? i mean can i see if someone has read the email that i sent to them on msn hotmail (windows live hotmail)?

    that's what the email option RETURN RECIEPT is for, but be advised, the recipiant
    has final control if the receipt is actually sent.
