  1. My nVidia 7300 GT shows its specs when i reboot, and also on that screen it says:
Engineering Copy - Not for Production use

    Should it say that :S?

i have the 7600gt myne shows its specs on a bootup, but the engineering copy confuses me, maybe it was designed to be tested on or somethign that would make sense i would search it in google or maybe ask nvidia :)

Most nVidia graphics cards show their specs on the screen before the POST beep, that is normal. I don't have "Engineering Copy" on mine, and some quick Google searches of this had no accurate results.

Is your PC an OEM machine? Did you build it or did you buy it?

Who made your card? This happens a lot on Biostar motherboards, wouldn't suprise me if it happened on their cards either. Theres no negative effects or anything, just kind of a weird little message at startup.

Oh right, if it doesn't make a difference that it doesn't matter, I just thought it might not be as good as it should be.
    Thanks anyway.
