Error 10: The device cannot startup

    Hi!
    I've been getting the blue crash screen with errors such as

    irql_device_cannot_start
    (something like that)

    & i'm running windows vista

    & under the device tabs i have a yellow exclamation point on my device controller

    which is an Intel (R) 82852/82855 Gm/GME Graphics Controller

    ))Any help would be so appreciated!!! tHANK YOU SO MUCH.

    1) First uninstall the current video driver
    > Then use Driver Sweeper as well
    > Then download the latest video driver from your motherboard or system manufacturer's support website

    2) If driver error code in Device Manager= 10 persists, open dev mgr, rt click the device Properties, click Details tab, use the pulldown to select Class Installer and please tell me what it says
