Error 1723
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution please ?
I downloaded from the Techspot website, an installation file to install the Blackberry Desktop Manager on my laptop, running Windows7 64-bit. The file is
710_b042_multilanguage.exe
which I stored and then ran. During the installation the following error message appeared:
Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action RepairRIMUsbDriverNT.07D232B6_7904_4970_8B22...
My only option was to click "Cancel" so I did, and the partial installation was undone, and now I'm stuck.
Any answers most welcome.
