Error code: 0x800F081F. Trying to install Vista SP1

I wanted to update to SP2 (I have Vista Ultimate 32bit) and it told me to download SP1, while installing, I get this error code: 0x800F081F. and it rolls back the installation process. Anyone know what is the reason? I also deleted the Vlite folder from what I heard before about it could cause problems with installation, as I have problem with SP1 and SP2, I also could not update IE8 at all, I've downloaded all recommended Windows updates and still have the problem. I've also tried using System Update Readiness tool, still same problem.

Anyone could help me?
