Error creating Direct3D device Windows 7 Startup

Hey guys Everytime i turn on my pc i get a little window saying Error Creating Direct3D Device

The icon in the taskbar looks like a rocket. Now i was thinking it could of been my GPU's but its not. i used (dxdiag) No problems Display's tabs 1 & 2 say DirectX Features are all Enabled. Notes No Problems Found)

So that was usless my system is running 100% stable and it gives me that error system restore will not fix it.

Despite what your dxdiag tells you I would uninstall the current graphics card driver from Programs and Features and install the most recent driver version.
