Error importing .pst file

    I'm having issues with .pst files, when I try to import the file, I get this message:
    this personal folders file (.pst) is already in use in the current profile

    it's very likely that you're trying to import from itself -- ie the message means what it says.

    make sure you're importing from a PST that is not in your local profile
