    Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

    Now try deleting the file.

    If that doesn`t help, try this utility HERE.

    Trying the Safe Mode didn't help but other Utility worked. btw i forgot to notice the change in disk size!! And may i know y it was hard to delete it under normal operation?

    yes it was music file but it was not being used as far as i knew.
