Error in Outlook

  1. helpinHK Newcomer, in training

    I am getting an error sending my email whenever I come to Hong Kong. My email works fine everywhere else in the world but here. I can receive my email just fine just can't send it. When I try to send I get the following error.


    421 cannot connect to smtp server

    In Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, click Accounts.

    Select the email account you wish to modify and click Properties.

    Confirm that port 25 is listed in SMTP
    [IMG]

    Click OK and then Close to save the changes.

    Still issues?

    Uninstall any live protecting software, ie:
    AVG
    Spybots
    Spyware Sweeper
    etc...
    Restart
    Test again
