Error on computer 'uiseagnt.exe system error'

Hello, i have this message on my computer that will not go away when i click the OK button or the X button. It says uiSeAgnt.exe System Error and says this program cant start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I am now uninstalling trend micro and reinstall to see if this makes a change, but if anyone can please help out that would be great! Thanks. Acacia.

I have 3 copies of that dll in
