I have absolutely no idea what fybrodae.dll is, it's not returning any search results at all which leads me to wonder if it's malware related.

Follow the 15 steps here, and if the problem persists attempt a repair installation of Windows.

you can use brute force to delete access if you are comfortable with REGEDIT.

    create a Restore Point

    colapse all entries
    find Local Machine
    click once
    hit F3

    enter fybrodae.dll
    click Find Next

    loop-to-here:
whatever you land on, Right Click->delete
hit F3 again to find the next entry

    when done, go to C:\windows\system32\
and make sure fybrodae.dll is gone. IF NOT,
    delete it

    now reboot
