Error trying to open home page

    I get this error when trying to open my TechSopt home page but can get into the forums etc. error reads:Error: Can't open template login_header_user. Can
    someone help?

    me too,i had the same error message a while ago.it's on & off. :confused:

    the only way i can open TS is to go to the bookmarked link for TS.
    but i cant get to the forums though.same error message.
