    Hi,
I'm attempting to install Microsoft Security Essentials. When it gets to the point of installing the program it gives me an error message as the following:
the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
It then provides me with an area on my drive indicating where this resource should be found, this does not resolve the issue. Can anyone tell me how to go about correcting this error?
    Thanks
OBTW I downloaded MSSE from the Microsoft website.

advising this is on a network drive that is unavailable

It provides me with a numeric file that is maybe 10-12 characters long. as an example it may have read: c:/256d254c352em586 when clicking in this area it gives the same message that I provided in earlier post.
