Eset having problems with Windows Firewall

i really dont understand whats wrong . but here are the symptoms

when i start my windows the real time system protection of eset is non functional and after a while a pop up comes saying that no firewall is turned on and the real time system protection starts as well as the firewall .

so what causes this conflict between eset and firewall ?

Windows prefers its own Cr** and the Security Wizard does not recognize all other OEM tools like A/V & Firewalls.

1) disable the Windows Security Center [this stops the repeated popups]
2) if you have a version of Eset with the firewall, then also disable the Windows Firewall [which stops the conflict]

3) run and configure Eset A/V & Firewall and make sure it is always started

ok i disabled security center and no pop ups come at the startup but still the real time system protection remains non functional for some time
