Evolution Mail won't fetch junk mail

I've recently started using Ubuntu and I've been using Evolution as my email client. However, it does not download junk mail from my Hotmail account but it downloads the messages from my inbox.

Evolution isn't filtering my mail or anything as far as I'm aware, it simply doesn't download it and thus I need to access my email through Firefox. Of course, there could be some funky configuration settings that I haven't configured but I've not seen anything of the sort besides Evolution's built in filtering or junk detection.
