Excel 2003 SP3 font / new sheet error

Hi,

I've got a file server with a few excel files, not too big either, about 2 to 5mb. The guys in the lab keep getting this error when duplicating a sheet:

"No more new fonts may be applied to this workbook"

There are about 20 sheets inside this workbook with about 15 to 18 full charts and process data, and calculations. Why would this happen? I've seen excel files larger than this before..

Reported as fixing this issue:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Excel\Options
Add a New DWORD
Value Name: AutoChartFontScaling
Value Data: "0"

Obviously back up the registry key first
