Excessively SLOW computer-HiJackThis log included.

I've spent about a week running every Spyware/Virus removal program I can find and though many changes have been made the problem remains.

This computer takes up to 30 minutes to reboot and every cursor click takes a minute or so to even register. Task manager will not start and it sounds as though the modem is constantly clicking on(it has been disabled as we have a cable modem).

Follow these instructions EXACTLY and put HijackThis in e.g C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.
