Hi I have a few questions about my external hard drive. I play games and I noticed that my internal hard drive was getting full so I bought a new external hard drive. I was wondering if I backed up my internal hard drive to my external one and then formatted my internal hard drive, would I have to re install everything or would I be able to access my games and such. Thanks for your time its much appreciated.

If you format your OS HDD you will need t reinstall the OS and all programs. If you want to clear space on your OS HDD you can just move your media files from the internal HDD to the external one. This will free up some space. Hope that helps.
