Hi, I have a Facebook page and I just want to add one more person to post/access the page. Please help with how to give permission.

Once you're logged in to your FB page, you simply should be able to send that person a "friend request", its up to them if they accept.

You can send a friend request to that person and that person accepts request. Then that person working on that page.
