  1. Hi

Every time I type 'facebook.co.uk' or 'www.facebook.co.uk' into the navigation bar on Microsoft Edge, I get redirected to a page titled 'Configuration error' with the text

'www.facebook.co.uk points to the site "inspiringthoughtsgbbo00" which does not exist. Please contact the domain administrator.'

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? At the moment I have to search for 'facebook' on google to access it.

    Thanks :)

If you Google "inspiringthoughtsgbbo00" that redirection happens when Facebook site is down.
I'm moving this topic to appropriate forum.

But this has been happening constantly over the last 3 or 4 months on my laptop - does the message only appear when when the site is down? Thanks

    Possibly you're using wrong address.
I'm in US but I Googled www.facebook.co.uk and there is no such address.
All I can find is https://www.facebook.com/FacebookUK

I also get the following quoted text when clicking that link.

    "Sites - Configuration error
www.facebook.co.uk points to the site "inspiringthoughtsgbbo00" which does not exist. Please contact the domain administrator."
