Just recently removed trojans from my primary pc. While doing so I thought to reinstall an os on my 2nd pc I us. I had my games on a seperate drive and wasnt worried about them much. After reinstallation I wanted to play some fallout3, go to launch the game and it keeps asking me to install it.

Are there specific files with my saved information on it? I had about 40+ playing hours in the game and dont want to lose the files and start over.

Even if I have to reinstall the game are there files I should save ahead of time so that I dont lose the information I have.
