    i can see my fan in my pc thats attached to the mobo spinning is that a issue i should be concerned about or what?

    That's what the fans are for - to spin and provide cooling :)
    If there was no need for then fan, then it wouldn't be there.

    what you really have to be concerned about the fan is what if it stops spinning
    it can really blow your mobo and processor

    I believe most modern fans are temperature-sensitive and the fan not spinning is pretty normal too.
