Unless you know for certain what Aero.exe is on your machine, you must assume it is malware, so see http://www.techspot.com/vb/menu28.html I also wonder why the event log says the event occurred on a PC called CHANGEME is that also odd?
It's part of the GUI for Windows 7 and Vista, in which case appears to be crashing. This is probably due to a corrupt graphics driver or system file--or malware as previously stated. How long has this been happening and have you installed new software or drivers recently? Also, which version of Windows 7/Vista are you using? First step would be to reinstall the graphics drivers and then restart the computer.
