Favorite MS-DOS Games?

Only the best: Star Control 2, Commander Keen, Jazz Jackrabbit, Tyrian 2000, Triplane Turmoil, The Incredible Machine, Star Wars Dark Forces, and Seek and Destroy are the ones I can remember spending hours and hours playing.

What are some of your favorites of this incredibly underrated family of games?

Several of the King's Quest and Space Quest series. Rise of the Triad, Doom(s), Hexen - A10 Tank Killer, Mech Warrior... more will drip out of my brain soon I'm sure.
