Firefox Browser question

  1. I have a question that I'm pretty sure I know what the answer is, but thought I would get a second opinion. My husband has a laptop he carries and there's one website we use quite often and I have made it his homepage. The pages will not completely load, but other websites will. It doesn't make any sense to me, but could it be because it has been hijacked or is it some malware that needs to be cleaned.? Instead of typing the URL in the address bar, if he goes to Google and does a search for this website, then it will redirect him to different websites. It's a legit website we use for work and subscribe to @ www.centraldispatch.com.
