Firefox plug ins, how do I update/delete them

    Well, on further checking I've come to a dead end so will forget about it.
    I did forget to mention this is on my W7. :oops:

    They are plugins for different software your computer uses. Firefox just dose not check them for updates. Two of them are for windows. The other one is google update. Which is more or less related to Google Earth. There safe . If thats what you are worried about. No need to delete them

    You dont really need shockwave anymore, you can get rid of that.

    Go to add or remove programs and uninstall shockwave player.
