Firefox settings change randomly!

    I use my laptop through a LAN proxy, so I need to go into the Firefox settings and choose the server and port etc.

    It all works tickaddyboo (well), but every time I open up Firefox I have to go and set the settings to the correct ones again. These are the only settings that revert back to default after reopening it.

    I have tried a reinstall of Firefox..... with no luck!

    The problem still persists and I would like to know if anybody knows a solution.

    Instead of opening a new thread for this problem(now deleted), you should`ve just bumped this one.

    Now I have replied, it is now bumped back to the top of the forums. :p
