Flash slowing down my computer

I know this isn't the best machine in the world, but I should be able to watch youtube with out it screwing up! Whenever I'm browsing the web (firefox 3.5), if it's a flash heavy page it seems to hang annoyingly. There is a dxdiag file attached for your consideration. Please help!

What is this Gateways model number? The FX 5200 video card is not the best but it should perform well enough for you... Go to the Gateway support site and see if you can update the video driver. Is your system free of virus and other malware?

No malware viruses etc.

It's pretty much a thrown together system, but It's running lean as far as space goes. I run a couple pc games on it that run awesome. It just seems to me that the flash is spiking my cpu, which seems ample for the system it is. I have all the latest drivers as far as I know, I also run Riva-Tuner V2.24 if that helps.
