folder error, "drwtsn32.exe must be shutdown" message

Sometime, when I enter a folder, such as a Film folder (which contains films), my pc stops responding and after a few minute, a message appears : "drwtsn32.exe has a problem and must be shutdown", and then the only way to continue is use crtl + alt + del to shutdown this folder. This is very annoying because I have installed my window XP sp2 YESTERDAY.

Plz tell me what to do. Thanx a lot.

It has smt to do with films' thumbnails, and drwtsn32.exe is doctor watson (a windown xp program). Has anyone an idea ?
