Folders not loading

Thank whoever helps in advance,
When I click on My computer it will list all the folders on the C: drive as well as my documents, videos, etc. Now I just get favorites, libraries, homegroup, and computer options with a hovering magnifying glass spinning above them as if they were loading. No other issues with latency and the files all still exist it just makes it harder to find them

Your PC is probably infected with malware...
