That's because you are making it awkward. You aren't opening up a line of dialog, you are dictating. I'm sure that'll solve problems /s.
Everyone else is wrong and only people who agree with you are right. That's the mindset I'm seeing here.
Even when I come in here trying to mediate, I get nothing but cheap shots.
I'm guessing the reason you aren't providing a source, like so many other's here, is because in fact the quote is completely stripped of context.
Here is the video:
"I just want black liberation and black sovereignty, by any means necessary."
www.foxnews.com
As expected, it's fox news. 100% of the time is spent trying to lead the person being interviewed.
He makes a very good point in that video. When white people are exercising their 2nd amendment rights, it's self defense. When black people exercise their rights, they are thrown in jail.
You know what got the government to enact gun control? The Black panthers in the 60s. Funny how that works and the double standard.
Founded in 1966 in Oakland, California, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense was the era’s most influential militant black power organization. Its members confronted politicians, challenged the police, and protected black citizens.

Hell, the J edgar hoover actually called them the greatest menace to society while instituting extensive surveillance of them (despite himself being the most corrupt director in FBI history).
Seriously? How is the quote being taken out of context when he clarifies that he could mean literally or figuratively? It's pretty clear that he's advocating for insurrection. I appreciate his candor in admitting that one of the BLM's goals is to overthrow the government - not that I needed the confirmation.
What bout the assassinations of JFK and then MLK and RFK? Those are commonly cited as the primary reason for the Gun Control Act of 1968. Of course, just for giggles, I decided to check several sites like Time and Wikipedia and there was not one reference to the Black Panthers. I had to go to a New York Times "opinion" piece for that to even be cited at all.
It's funny how confirmation bias works, isn't it?
Yikes it saddens me that there are that many racist/clueless people here going on how BLM is racist for the dumbest reasons ever.
The founder of blm... -The founder of the united states had slaves so how does the founder have anything to do with anything?
Marxist? seriousley? Stop getting your information from facebook you look utterly stupid saying these things.
Everyone has the same chances now? lmao, riiiight your'e privileged and your parents could afford to pay for you. How would your story have been if your grandparents were impoverished, owned no land and discriminated against? You're ignoring the facts because they are hard to look at.
All blm is looting and riots? That's like saying all Americans are like the "Florida man's" we see on the news. How can you ignore the millions of peaceful protesters? Blind? stupid? both?
It's really not that hard people, saying blm is no different than saying "roses are pretty flowers" that doesn't make all other flowers ugly.
As the meme goes, we wouldn't need blm if there wasn't 300 years of black lives NOT mattering.
So we're getting our information from Facebook instead of Fox News now?
I was reared by my great-grandmother who was on a fixed income at age 65 when she got me until her death at 89, so I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth. My college education was paid for via military service, scholarships, and grants. The former two I EARNED based on merit or service.
Speaking of merit, is it fair that anyone should be hired or admitted over more qualified candidates based solely on their ethnicity? "I'm sorry ma'am, we've chosen to go with the minority candidate despite the fact that you have much more experience and a better interview. Their ancestors suffered horrible atrocities hundreds of years ago, so we're doing our part to rectify those wrongs." Since when do two wrongs make a right? Fighting racism with more racism is stupid as hell.
BLM is the epitome of liberal hypocrisy. Blacks account for 13.4% of the U.S. population but accounted for 36% of the abortions in 2014 (see CDC or Guttmacher Institute). Abortion is the NUMBER ONE KILLER of black lives in the U.S. On the murder front, and according to the FBI for 2018, there were 3,114 black murder offenders and 2,911 white murder offenders. Again, 13.3 percent of the population but OVER 50% of the murders? Yet BLM chooses to cherry pick a handful of less than 20 (I believe that 13 is the latest WAPO number) unarmed blacks that were killed by police. They play the racist and victim cards to the hilt but I have yet to hear one of their leaders step up with solid ideas on what the black community can do to fix its own problems within that amongst the biggest is households without a father figure. Oh no, according to the BLM mission statement, they seek to "...dismantle the patriarchal practice..." and "...disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement...". BTW, Sleepy Joe Biden's 1994 crime bill started the era of mass incarceration for minorities - "Lock the S.O.B.s up", he said. Stop blaming white people for your problems and demonstrate that you care more about yourselves FIRST AND FOREMOST and then many more will become sympathetic to your cause.
unfortunately your posts prove otherwise, looks like my arrow hit its mark directly
Your time has certainly run out
Looking for a way to explain the difference between "Black Lives Matter" and "All Lives Matter"? Try one of these six metaphors.

I could just fall down and flail around like a squealing Antifa pig: "MODS! ADMINS! TRAINED SOCIAL WORKER! HELP! HE'S THREATENING HIM WITH USAGE OF DEADLY WEAPONS AND TELLING HIM THAT HIS TIME HAS RUN OUT! HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATOR ALERT!
