Found motherboard...don't know if it's reliable though

I found an Asus M2N32-SLI Premium Vista Edition nForce 590 SLI Socket AM2 2000MHz DDR2-800 Motherboard for 229.99. Is that a decent motherboard, or is it a rip off? It fits what I'm looking for but I don't know if it's worth it.
