I've been having major FPS issues in games for a while now. I play mostly MMO's and FPS drops to about 10 and under in populated areas and 20-30 in unpopulated area's. Never goes beyond 30 fps it seems like.
My system:
AMD Phenom 9600 Quad Core 2.30 Ghz
RAM: 4.00 GB
Type: 64 bit OP
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT
PSU: According to my product number its a 300W
Vista home premium service pack 2
Now I've been researching and have come to the conclusion that I need a new PSU and Graphics card. Am I correct? What do you guys think? Any recommendations?
