Freezing and bsod

Hi guys i installed xfx7600gt on my pc and i started to get BSOD`s.
-reinstalled windows two times
-changed 2 psu`s

still the same problem.
here are 2 minidumps i cant open them,maybe u can watch and tell me what is wrong and is there somethning i can do,becouse after 10 hours i`m planing to go to shop and give them back videocard if i wont figure out what to do

i installed windows 7 and now i have code 12 in device manager,what can i do to solve my problem ?

Right-click on the code 12 in device manager, and either remove the line or select update driver
