Frequent restart problem with Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I've a problem with Windows 2003 Server (SP2) installed on HP ProLiant DL380.

The server does reboot randomly and the Error message is the following:
blue screen trap bugcheck 0x0000008e (0xc000001d, 0xe098e971, 0xf534f158, 0x00000000).

Can you please check your System logs through event viewer, and see what actually is happening along with the given Event ID #.

I believe this is the problem you are having correct?

It says to get the latest service pack for your system. Supposedly its Win32k.sys file that's making it restart so often.

scratch that, you have the latest service pack....try a reinstall of it. I'll look further into this. HERE is the download for SP2

Is this server is running in Physical Address Extension (PAE) mode?
