Frustrated...topic/thread fits issue, but can't respond!

HP dv2600 vid problems resulting in system crash....is a thread that's been closed, but because I'm new here, I can't email, post, comment, private message, etc. I need help please as this is my exact issue & would like to know if this users issue was resolved.
