I need help like everybody else. My PC keeps crashing (BSOD) and I get no help from MS. Why can't they or somebody come up with an easy piece of software that will tell me in PLAIN english (apologies about the bold/loud comment, just frustrated) what is crashing my PC. I travel alot and I have to let my PC re-start each time so that my wife can use the PC. I have attached the Minidump file and another folder (that Windows keeps trying to send for debugging) for anybody that knows how to read the crashes. I can submit other files if needed. Thanx.
