Ok so I have been attempting to setup my own FTP server with windows server 2008. Currently have IIS7 installed with all of the options for FTP. And have everything setup. I've also forwarded ports 20 and 21 to the server. I can connect to the ftp via ftp://"ip address" when on the server itself, but from another computer on or off the network, it says connection timed out.

On the server firewall the only rule is (FTP Traffic In) in Inbound rules.

Can anyone help me out here?

    going to need both ways.

Manually, it would be allow in/out TCP port 20-21 src ip=any
