    I just got a new MSI N460GTX
    this is what the outcome is

    Not sure if it has anything to do with the drivers but I've re-installed them twice...
    I actually got a whole new rig, doubts to have anything to do with that.

    Looks like the resolution is not the same as what your monitors native resolution is. Fix that and you should be good.
