Game freezes when mouse moves

This is a weird problem. Yesterday everything was working fine. I haven't installed or uninstalled anything.

Today, when I play Command and Conquer Generals or Battlefield 2, whenever I am moving the mouse, the game freezes completely. If I am not moving the mouse, the game seems to be just fine.

I have tried the following:

Updated to the latest driver for my mouse (Logitech G5).
Updated to the latest driver for my graphics card (GeForce 6800).
Ran anti-virus software.
Ran scandisk, ad-aware, and Spybot Search and Destroy.
I defragged my computer.
I re-installed directx.
I re-installed the game Generals.
I have rebooted many times.
I have monitored the GPU temperature (45 degrees).

I am running out of ideas....can anyone help?

Is there alot of important info on your computer, or things that will take a while to load back on, because as a last resort you could always reformat.

You could always try and run a RAM Scan (yes which will test your ram) or you could always try a system restore point if you make them? Other than that only thing i can say is uninstall the games and then reinstall them one by one.?!
